You have the option to modify the locations and colors to create a unique poster. Posters can be purchased individually or in sets, depending on your needs.
How can I customize a poster?
You can customize your posters by selecting the desired locations and colors during the order process by filling out the customization form.
Are customizations free?
Yes, all customizations are free. If you wish, you can request a proof (preview) before placing your order by using our contact form. This allows you to see what your poster will look like with your customizations before confirming the purchase. If you place the order directly, we will also send you a proof of the poster before shipping to ensure the final product meets your expectations. You will be able to review and approve the design before the poster is printed and shipped.
Can I purchase posters in bulk?
Yes, you can purchase posters individually or create customized sets. You can put together your own set of posters, whether it’s 2, 3, 4, 6, or more. For customized sets, select the desired options for each poster during the order process or contact us directly for a quote.
What is the production and delivery time?
The production time is 10 days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We deliver to North America and Europe. You will receive an estimated delivery time when your order is confirmed.
What payment options are available?
We only accept payments by credit card. You can choose this payment method during checkout.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes may not be possible once production has started.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will review the situation and offer a solution, whether it be a replacement or a refund.
Can I return or exchange a poster?
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the items, we will process your request within 7 days and proceed with either an exchange or refund.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery of your order online.
