Fulfillment & Processing Time: We process and fulfill all poster orders via our print-on-demand partner within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your order.
Shipping Time (USA): Standard shipping times within the United States generally range from 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment, depending on the delivery address. Please note that these are estimates and can occasionally be subject to carrier delays, especially during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Methods: All poster orders are securely packaged and shipped directly from our production facilities via reliable domestic carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping on all poster orders shipped within the United States.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility: We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.
Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refunds: Once we (or our production partner) receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us immediately within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will quickly arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs if applicable.
