Shipping Time (for posters):
We aim to process and dispatch poster orders within 7 business days after receiving the order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location:

  • Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days

  • European Union: 8 to 10 business days

  • Outside Europe: 8 to 15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays, especially during peak seasons.

Shipping Methods (for posters):
Poster orders are shipped via the French postal service, La Poste, using Colissimo.

Shipping Fees:
We offer free shipping on all posters ordered directly from our website. For books, purchases are redirected to Amazon, where shipping fees may apply depending on their delivery policies.

Order Tracking (for posters):
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Address (for posters):
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.


Returns

Return Eligibility (for posters):
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your items.

Item Condition (for posters):
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package and a copy of the original packing slip or invoice inside.

Return Shipping (for posters):
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item. We recommend using a trackable method to ensure delivery.

Refunds or Exchanges (for posters):
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange within 7 days, based on your preference.

Damaged or Defective Items (for posters):
If you receive a damaged or defective poster, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
